Tasting Notes

BLANCO CRISTALINO

Aged 30 Days in 10 yr old Bourbon Barrels, then refined into a Cristalino.

 

Fruity, tropical (melon, some pineapple), minerality, hint of wet stone/steel. Not very herbaceous.

Sweeter on the palate, smoother. Tropical fruit notes more pronounced

Less peppery more palate weight. Longer finish, lingering fruitiness.

REPOSADO CRISTALINO

Aged 6 months in 10 yr old Bourbon Barrels, then refined into a Cristalino.

Floral, pronounced licorice/anise notes. Tropical notes of melon, slight mango

Very smooth, sweet, melon. Slight pepperiness. Long finish featuring tropical fruit notes

AÑEJO CRISTALINO

Aged 16 months in 10 yr old Bourbon barrels, then refined into a Cristalino.

 

Licorice/anise more pronounced, tropical fruit notes, cooked/ ripe, green fruits, creamy, custard like quality,

Sweet, tropical , very smooth, Licorice, some pepperiness, vanilla, custard. Very long finish, sweet, creamy with a pronounced palate weight and texture.

EXTRA AÑEJO CRISTALINO

Aged 3 Years in 10 yr old Bourbon barrels, then refined into a Cristalino.

 

Clean, fresh, floral, fruity, green fruits, tropical fruit notes,

Smooth, slightly peppery, green fruits and tropical flavors, sweet note. Very long finish, lingering fruity sweetness
